You can contact us with all the contact methods above. At times it can be hectic on the phone / support. Instead of calling, you can send us an email via the contact form button above. We will then either contact you by phone or send you an answer by email.
Information you provide to us will not be passed on and is only available to people associated with us. You can request that information about you be deleted at any time. In connection with the order, you agree that we store and use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via e-mail, in order to offer the service that you expect from us.
Who can shop online?
To be able to shop online with us, you must be at least 15 years old. If you are under 15, you must have an adult person order for you. If you want to trade on credit, you must be over 18 years old.
We aim to have the absolute best security around online sales, handling of personal information and payment. We have therefore adapted our business to the requirements set by the Norwegian authorities, through Distance Trading Norway, for safe internet trading.
You will be charged for the order amount when your package is sent from us.
25% VAT is included in all prices. No fees other than what is stated as the total amount at checkout will be added to the purchase.
All our prices are stated in Norwegian kroner.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Most items you see in the online store are in our warehouse. Normally these are packed and sent out the first working day after we have received your order. A shipment usually takes 2-4 business days.

If we can not deliver your entire order completely, we will contact you before we send out
The collection deadline for packages is two weeks. If it is not picked up by then, it will be sent back to us automatically. You will then receive a remark in the customer register, which means that you can not make new orders. To resolve this block, you must contact us.
Once you have ordered the item for you, you will first receive a pick-up message from Bring. If you do not pick up the item, you will receive a reminder. If you still do not pick up the item after a reminder, we will invoice you to cover our costs for postage, collection fee, return postage and extra work.
Return of goods – Right of withdrawal
With the exception of specially ordered items, you have a 14-day withdrawal period for items purchased in our online store. You pay return shipping yourself if you use the right of withdrawal. If you have received the wrong item or items with errors, we will send you a new one at no cost to you.
Items that have been specially ordered will not be returned. Please do not send returned items in cash on delivery. These are not retrieved.
Deadlines for complaints
- Delivery error
If you receive a defective or faulty product, contact us by email or telephone. You should contact as soon as possible and no later than 1 month after delivery.
After we have received your complaint, you will receive an answer with instructions on how to return the item.
2. Faults during the warranty period
We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from manufacturing defects for two years, or during the warranty period for the product (from delivery). If a defect occurs in your product during the warranty period, you can contact us by email or telephone. Customer service will provide you with information on how to proceed with your complaint.
Notification of errors must be notified within a reasonable time from the time you discovered or should have discovered the error. The right to make a complaint for a product expires in any case after three years.
In the event of a dispute, we follow the Consumer Council’s guidelines for complaints!
